Sorbent Injection Dry reaction tower

The flue gas at 200℃ enters the dry reaction device, and the flue gas enters the dry acid removal and dioxin absorption device for tail gas purification. Gas Inlet: The gas stream containing pollutants and acidic gases enters the dry reaction tower through an inlet. These pollutants can include sulfur dioxide (SO2), hydrogen chloride (HCl), hydrogen fluoride (HF), or other acid gases.

Sorbent Injection: Inside the dry reaction tower, a sorbent material is injected into the gas stream. The sorbent can be in the form of a dry powder or granules and is specifically chosen to react chemically with the pollutants present in the gas stream.

Chemical Reaction: As the gas stream passes through the dry reaction tower, the sorbent material reacts with the acidic gases and pollutants. This chemical reaction typically involves neutralization or absorption of the acid gases by the sorbent material.

Pollutant Capture: The sorbent material, now laden with the captured pollutants, continues to move through the dry reaction tower. The captured pollutants adhere to the surface of the sorbent particles or are chemically bound to them.

Particulate Removal: In addition to capturing acidic gases, the sorbent material in the dry reaction tower can also capture particulate matter and other solid pollutants present in the gas stream. The sorbent acts as a filter, collecting these particles as they pass through.

Clean Gas Outlet: The cleaned gas stream, with reduced pollutant concentrations, exits the dry reaction tower through an outlet. Additional treatment steps, such as filtration or further gas cleaning, may be employed if necessary.
